Payment Terms

Goods bought over the internet may be paid for by either PAYPAL or PERSONAL CHEQUE. Paypal users should send your payment to gicleeartist@aol.com Orders must be paid in advance. Goods will be despatched once funds are cleared.

Returns

Customers may return their product within 14 days of the receipt of their item for a full refund, providing the item is returned complete with all original materials and in the same physical condition as when the item was dispatched. If an item develops a fault within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all intended returns must be confirmed prior to sending the item back.

Refund Policy

You will be refunded in full for the item you return as long as we receive it within 14 working days of your delivery and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. I will cover the cost of collection and replacement of any items developing a fault within this 14 day period. The refund will be applied in the same way used to pay for the order. 

Shipping and Insurance

Goods will be dispatched via Parcelforce upon receipt of cleared funds. We aim to get your purchase to you within 7 working days of payment receipt. Buyer pays shipping and handling costs inclusive of insurance

Caring for valuable Art
